Peter and I decided it was time to do another Whole30 during the month of June. During the January challenge we both felt a lot of improvements in how we felt and looked. Since then, we’ve mostly eaten W30 but have had treats at least weekly and we’ve eaten out several times. I’ve also learned some new information that I want to test out this time around, and see if I can feel even better.
Since we “officially” started Whole30 again, I started re-reading some of the information I bookmarked and the success guide we purchased. I was really excited to find out that the Hartwigs also have a book coming out. I have my copy on pre-order and I will let you know more about it as soon as it arrives!
